I have a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in Nanomedicine and, BS and MS degrees in Chemistry and Nanobiotechnology. My professional interests lie in the development of surface-engineered nanoparticles and NPs-polymer composites for diverse biomedical applications. Currently, my research is centered on inorganic-organic nanoparticles as nanotherapeutic and diagnostic (Nanotheranostic) agents for cancer targeting, drug/molecular delivery, biodegradation models, cytocompatibility, and modulating cell response for therapeutic purposes in the fields of medicine and dentistry.
