Peter Bertone, MSE is a 2nd year Ph.D. Candidate and Surgical Innovation Fellow in the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. Peter earned his BA in Physics from Colgate University, and went on to earn his MSE in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his masters thesis in medical device design for Urogynecology applications. He explores how uniquely designed and fabricated tissue scaffolds can cooperate with human tissue and anatomical environments to improve current medical strategies.
