Fangchi Shao is a Ph.D. candidate in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. He earned his B.E. degree in biomedical engineering from Arizona State University in 2019. Fangchi's research focuses on the development of CRISPR-based nucleic acid and protein assays. In addition, his research interests also focus on leveraging microfluidics or droplet microfluidics for high-throughput screening.
