Jennifer Hammel completed her B.S. in Bioengineering from Temple University in 2019 where she studied adipose tissue vascularization in the BellasFATLab. She is now working on her PhD in Biomedical Engineering in the Munson Lab at Virginia Tech, studying the impact of interstitial fluid flow on cell migration and function and immune-brain crosstalk in tissue engineered models.
