I am Shuangyi Cai, and I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I am working in Dr. Coskun Ahmet's lab. My research focus is on utilizing spatial proteomics technologies to understand the signaling networks and protein interactions in EGFR mutant non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) from cultures and tissues at subcellular resolution. Following that, we applied several computation analyses (pixel clustering, proximity analysis, background correction, marker intensity prediction, spatial signaling network, subpopulation clustering, etc.) to analyze the spatial protein maps captured using multiplexed imaging techniques.
