Dr Talia Shmool is an Imperial College Research Fellow at the Department of Chemical Engineering. Her research group focuses on the rational development of advanced carriers capable of delivering therapeutic agents in a targeted and controlled manner. During her PhD at the University of Cambridge, Talia used terahertz spectroscopy to study the structural dynamics of amorphous solid-state materials and developed approaches for rationally engineering stable biopharmaceutical formulations.
