Postdoctoral Fellow in Dr. Dominik Haudenschild's lab at Houston Methodist Research Institute. As a postdoc, I am studying mechanobiology in osteoarthritis and tendon healing. My Ph.D. was in tendon tissue engineering with Dr. Dianne Little at Purdue University where I investigated how structural, mechanical, and biological cues in synthetic polymer scaffolds could be used to tune tendon formation with adipose stem cells. My research interests include mechanobiology, stem cells, synthetic biomaterials, tissue engineering, and developing therapies for fibrosis.
