Zachary Krassin is a PhD student in the Biomedical Engineering Department in the Watson College of Engineering at Binghamton University a State University of New York (SUNY) and a Graduate Fellow for STEM Diversity (GFSD)/Graduate Student Measurement Science and Engineering (GMSE) Fellow with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) along with the Graduate Fellowships for STEM Diversity (GFSD). He also serves as a graduate teaching assistant for the Engineering Design Devision at Binghamton University. Zachary received a BS in Mathematics and a BS Biomedical Engineering from West Virginia University in 2021 and completed his MS in Biomedical Engineering from Binghamton University in 2022. He currently works on a project in conjunction with NIST to develop a gravity driven microfluidic model of Kidney filtration and reaction to introduced drug/nanoparticle states.
