Jeong Hee Kim is currently a School of Engineering Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She received her Ph.D. degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2023, master’s degree from Seoul National University in 2018, and bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014, all in mechanical engineering. She previously worked at the mechatronics R&D center of Samsung Electronics, where she helped develop wafer and photomask inspection tools. Her current research interests include the application of Raman spectroscopy in a biomedical setting, and analyzing spectral and microscopic data using image analysis and machine learning approaches.
