My name is Rohan Palanki. I am a 5th year MD/PhD Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. I am pursuing my thesis work with Drs. Michael J. Mitchell and William H. Peranteau, investigating ionizable lipid nanoparticles for congenital disease gene therapy. I am interested in pursuing a career as a surgeon scientist, applying biomaterials to solve grand challenges in pediatric surgery.
