Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., United States
Dr. Victor Pan received his p.h.D. in biomedical engineering from Emory University in 2020. He worked as a research scientist after graduation at Dr. David Myers' lab to Designed, constructed, and optimized a nucleic acid shear flow activated fluorescent nanoreporter. Then he changed the career pathway to industries. He worked as research scientist in Parabon which mainly developed and implemented optimized assembly protocols for complex hierarchically assembled DNA origami structures for vaccine development and Investigated unique drug loading capabilities of DNA nanostructures and DNA-drug complexes that resulted in an SBIR application. From Nov 2021 to Jan 2024, he worked in team of non-viral nucleic acid process development in Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. which mainly engendered the process for a novel, scalable DNA template product for gene editing.
