Olga Eremina obtained her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Her work was focused on development of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) sensors for monitoring human and environmental health. Currently, Dr. Olga Eremina is a postdoctoral fellow in Prof Cristina Zavaleta lab at University of Southern California. Olga is working on the development of a new multimodal imaging strategy enabling multiplexed deep interrogation of tissues and tumors at subcellular resolution to help uncover pathology insights, formulate the right therapeutic strategies, and reveal new prognostic and predictive biomarker correlations and cell interactions. In her work, Dr. Eremina applies SERS nanoparticle-based contrast agents which provide unsurpassed molecular specificity and quantitative multiplexing capabilities.
