Md Saddam Hossain Joy is a fifth-year Ph.D. student at the Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant, he is under the esteemed mentorship of Professor Taher Saif. With a deep interest in mechanical science, Joy is actively involved in neuromechanics research projects where the main goal is to understand the role of mechanical force in the function of neuronal networks.
