I am currently a PhD student in Doug Brubaker's lab with research focused in women's reproductive health. My main project is focused on developing computational tools to better translate observations from preclinical in vitro and animal models to human in vivo and clinical contexts. My focus is currently on translation of data from preclinical models of the endometrium with relevance to endometriosis biology and therapeutic development. My other project is focused on identifying Tenofovir-associated gene signatures in vaginal microbiome.
Personally interested in pursuing a career in biomedical research!
