Arghajit Pyne, PhD

I have completed my Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Professor Nilmoni Sarkar in the Department of Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. I received my B.Sc. degree from the University of Burdwan in 2014 and M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, in 2016. My Ph.D. research focused on the aggregation behaviors of various biologically important amphiphilic molecules and fabrication of different smart material systems starting from very simple as well as inexpensive starting materials using different spectroscopic tools. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral research scholar at Hoxworth Center (under University of Cincinnati) in Cincinnati, Ohio.
