Abed Benbuk received a MEng from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 2020, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering, Arizona State University (ASU), Tempe, Arizona, USA. He joined Timing Systems and Silicon Development, Skyworks Solutions, Inc, Austin, Texas, USA, as a systems engineering intern during summer 2022 and 2023. He is currently a Research Associate at the BioElectrical Systems lab at ASU, and his research interests include RF energy harvesting and wireless power transfer, biomedical circuit design and testing, and ultra-low-power mixed signal circuits. He has authored several journal, conference, and magazine articles with IEEE covering these topics.
