Anirudh is a PhD student in Georgia Tech and Emory's BME PhD program. Anirudh has been working in Dr. Gabe Kwong's Laboratory for Synthetic Immunity for the past six years to improve the precision of activity-based sensors, including by combining activity-based signatures with machine learning to train diagnostic models, developing mathematical models to quantitatively predict sensor behavior, and engineering logic-gated designs to increase specificity.
