Junha Park is a third-year Ph.D. student at the University of Florida's J. Crayton Pruitt Family Department of Biomedical Engineering. He received a bachelor's degree in applied chemistry and biological engineering from Ajou University and a master's degree in materials science and engineering from South Korea. He has published a research paper on the angiogenic potential of mesenchymal stem cell spheroids titled "In Situ Formation of Proangiogenic Mesenchymal Stem Cell Spheroids in Hyaluronic Acid/Alginate Core–Shell Microcapsules." His current research focus is on protein stabilization using biocompatible nanomaterials.
